Dallas-based CVSL is a holding company that acquires direct selling or micro-enterprise companies. The company also owns the Longaberger Co., Your Inspiration At Home and Agel Enterprises. The company is led by former Mary Kay Inc. CEO, John Rochon.
CVSL has also signed a letter of intent to buy Golden Girls, an Atlanta company that purchases unwanted jewelry at home parties for resale.
