CVSL Inc. has closed a deal for Tomboy Tools for an undisclosed amount.

Tomboy Tools makes pink tools marketed at women and sold through home parties. The company also sells home monitoring systems.

Dallas-based CVSL is a holding company that acquires direct selling or micro-enterprise companies. The company also owns the Longaberger Co., Your Inspiration At Home and Agel Enterprises. The company is led by former Mary Kay Inc. CEO, John Rochon.

CVSL has also signed a letter of intent to buy Golden Girls, an Atlanta company that purchases unwanted jewelry at home parties for resale.
