Grain storage bin and hog ventilation systems manufacturer CTB International Corp. has retained two Wall Street investment banks and one regional advisory firm to explore strategic alternatives, including a sale of the $160 million market cap company. Milford, Ind.-based CTB makes grain storage bins, along with automated filtration, ventilation, feeding and watering systems for the poultry, egg, grain and hog industries.
