To close its $2.5 billion takeout of Hispanic Broadcasting Corp., Univision Communications Inc. reached a tentative agreement with the Department of Justice last Thursday to reduce its 27% stake in Entravision Communications Corp. The upshot is that now, $860 million market cap Entravision may become a takeout target, said a Wall Street media M&A banker.
