Clearview Capital has expanded it team. Paul Caliento has joined as a principal. Caliento joins Clearview from Flackman, Goodman & Potter, a regional audit, tax and consulting firm, where he was the lead partner in charge of M&A Transaction Advisory Services. Brad Simpson, has joined as a controller. Prior to joining Clearview, Simpson worked for Palmeri Fund Administrators, Inc. in Fair Lawn, N.J., where he was an Accounting Supervisor and Client Relationship Contact. Matt Rumilly has also been promoted to vice president.
