Microcap Cidco Inc., its stock 89% off its 52-week high, has retained TM Capital Corp. to assist with exploring strategic options. Morgan Hill, Calif.-based Cidco, which develops personal Internet communications products, closed at press time at 81 cents per share, compared to its $7.38-per-share peak of one year ago. But, like most players in the Internet space, Cidco’s market value slid with the times; its per-share price has remained below $2.50 since last November.
