The board of Atlanta-based Chastain Capital Corp. has voted to sell the company’s remaining assets. The process will be accomplished either by a piecemeal liquidation or by a sale of the company, said a Chastain spokesman. The assets consist mainly of commercial mortgage-backed securities, mezzanine loans and real estate, he said.
