Calgary-based, oil and gas company Cabre Exploration Ltd., which put itself on the block in late June, plans on closing its data room and reviewing bids near the end of this month, said its lead banker. Glenn Huber, the Raymond James managing director heading the process, said, “activity has been brisk” in the data room with “considerable interest shown from qualified [industry] players from the U.S. and Canada.” There has been limited interest from overseas in the C$290 million market cap company, he added.
