OnCourse Technologies has tapped William Brown as its new CFO, where, in addition to overseeing the financial wherewithal of the company, will also participate in OnCourse’s M&A activities. Prior to joining OnCourse, Brown was CFO of Herker Industries Inc., a metal-turning and fabrication shop, where he participated in the company’s M&A endeavors.
