In response to the growing need for restructuring help for middle market companies, investment banking boutique Brown, Gibbons, Lang & Co. has hired six new investment bankers to work in the firm’s Cleveland and Chicago offices. Principal William Vogelgesang said the new bankers, analysts and asociates, who began work in late October, bring the total number of professionals at Brown, Gibbons to 23. The bankers will focus on M&A, private placement and restructuring, he said.
