Brentwood Associates has recently acquired a majority interest in Paper Source, Inc. a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of high quality paper products and related items. A significant minority investment will be maintained by the selling shareholders, founder Susan Lindstrom and James York. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
