Bevcorp LLC has acquired assets from Adcor Packaging Group LLC in the latest packaging deal.

The buyer is picking up the beverage filling intellectual property and inventory assets of Adcor. The deal allows it to own the manufacturing technology and provide customers with filling equipment and parts using Crown Cork & Seal and Crown Simplimatic intellectual property. Crown Cork and Crown Simplimatic are brands of manufacturing equipment systems.

Willoughby, Ohio-based Bevcorp manufactures equipment for the beverage industry. The company, a subsidiary of Enprotech Corp., has additional manufacturing facilities in Kennesaw Georgia.

Western Reserve Partners LLC acted as Bevcorp's financial adviser on the deal.

Other recent packaging deals include TriMas Corp.'s (Nasdaq: TRS) $27 million purchase of Lion Holdings Pvt. Ltd. and Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products LP's deal for SPG Holdings LLC
