Bacchus Capital has formed BCM Wineworks to represent three wineries.
BCM is a sales and marketing companies that will represent Sbragia Family Vineyards, Delille Cellars and Madrigal Family Winery. The new company will represent the three wineries to wholesalers, restaurants and wine retailers.
Bacchus is a San Francisco-based private equity firm that provides investments to the wine industry. The firm’s portfolio companies include Andretti Winery, a Napa winery founded by National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (Nascar) driver Mario Andretti, Maritime Wine Trading Collective and Panther Creek Cellars.
