Audax Group has completed the acquisition of AAMP of America from ICV Capital Partners. AAMP is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of audio accessories and consumer electronics integration devices to the automotive market. Ropes & Gray advised Audax. Barrington Associates represented AAMP. GE Antares Capital led a syndicate of banks providing senior debt financing, and PNC Mezzanine Capital provided subordinated debt financing. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
