Arsenal Capital Partners has added James Kalish and Austin Broadhurst as operating directors. For the previous five years, Kalish worked with Parker Hannifin’s Climate and Industrial Controls Group, serving as the chief architect of their Global AC&R strategy, with an emphasis on their European expansion. Broadhurst is the managing member of Calchas Group LLC, which he formed in 2002 to combine his professional interests in venture capital and executive search, both serving the healthcare industry. Previously, he was a partner of Dauphin Capital Partner.
