Bankrupt again for the fourth time in 25 years, auto parts maker Harvard Industries Inc. is looking to sell itself as a whole or in pieces. Harvard makes parts such as rubber doors and trunk seals. It die-casts aluminum and manufactures transmission components for North American car makers like General Motors Corp., Ford Motor Co. and DaimlerChrysler AG, which together combine for more than 80% of Harvard’s sales.
