Marshall Management Inc. has pulled its planned takeout by AFM Hospitality Corp., but AFM has not stopped doing M&A. Larry Horwitz, the chief executive officer of AFM, said the company completed the acquisition of San Diego-based Trigild Services Inc., a hotel management company two weeks ago. In the deal, the company gained approximately 50 management contracts for approximately $5.4 million.
