Adobe Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: ADBE) is buying Paris-based Neolane for $600 million.

Neolane integrates online and offline marketing data to create marketing campaigns through the Internet, email, social media, mobile, call centers, direct mail and point of sale.

The deal is expected to enhance Adobe’s cloud-based marketing services. Adobe has also picked up Efficient Frontier in 2012, Auditude and Demdex in 2011, Day Software in 2010, and Omniture in 2009.

Adobe, headquartered in San Jose, Calif., develops digital marketing and digital media products, including Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects and InDesign. The deal was announced June 27.
