With the remnants of hurricane Sandy leaving New York City on Oct. 31, and the surveying of damage becoming a top priority for most, ACG New York decided to reschedule its Tenth Annual Private Equity Wine Gala.

The event, originally slated for Nov. 1, will now take place on Dec. 10 at Gotham Hall in Manhattan.

In a letter written to all attendees, ACG NY president Martin Okner noted the damage throughout the Tri-State area and said the chapter will cover the storage of any marketing materials that were sent from private equity exhibitors and sponsors to the venue.

“Our thoughts are with everyone for a quick recovery and rebuilding and we sincerely look forward to seeing you all on December 10th,” he adds.
