How are you a champion for inclusion and equality?
I believe that inclusion and equality are upheld by relentlessly ensuring that our culture is welcoming and empowering to all ideas. I am proud to play a large part in shaping our culture by opening doors to women in finance, as most recently demonstrated by the hiring of a woman as our Director of Marketing. With my backing, Bridgepoint has become even more intentional in making a space for women to thrive in the demanding but rewarding field of investment banking.
How are you advancing the state of women?
I have been very intentional about encouraging women who are interested in and passionate about finance and investment banking by seeking out candidates who bring diverse ideas and experience to our team. I also spend time building relationships with finance programs at local universities and offer myself as a resource to aspiring women in finance with the intent of facilitating their entry into the investment banking field.

I am very proud of the fact that Bridgepoint is an impact investment bank, dedicated to the betterment of our people, our clients and our communities. We are passionate about enabling our team to contribute to others through our group volunteer efforts and the Bridgepoint Impacts program, which allocates funds for donation to local nonprofit organizations. In regard to our clients, we choose to work with companies that can make a positive impact, such as sustainable agriculture companies.
