Worldwise, a portfolio company of A&M Capital Partners, with the A&M Capital Opportunities Fund, has acquired Furhaven Pet Products Inc., a player in the eCommerce pet industry.

Furhaven is a North American eCommerce platform for pet accessories like bedding, home and travel supplies, apparel and more. The firm yields innovation in branded product development as it provides creative supply chain services to both eCommerce and brick and mortar retailers.

Worldwide offers one-stop-shop services for the majority of its customers’ pet supply needs. The deal will create a large omni-channel company that will leverage in-house capabilities across its portfolio. The business combination will increase Worldwise’s size and scale to better serve its customer base.

“The Furhaven team and I are thrilled to be joining Worldwise, allowing us to leverage our complementary skill sets and market presence to grow the platform,” added Eric Heilborn, Furhaven founder and CEO. “Pet parents are increasingly looking to learn more about their pets’ needs and are seeking to purchase product solutions to meet these needs. As a combined platform, we believe that Worldwise will be well suited for continued success in this marketplace through innovative pet solutions across a broad product offering across multiple channels.”
