Veristat, a science-driven contract research organization and consultancy supported by WindRose Health Investors, is planning to acquire the Regulatory and Medical Writing business from Certara Inc.
The deal will significantly expand Veristat’s capabilities in regulatory writing and submissions by integrating a team of more than 200 specialists, enhancing its ability to support complex drug development programs through regulatory approval. The acquired business from Certara (Nasdaq: CERT) is recognized for its expertise in authoring clinical and non-clinical documentation across the drug development lifecycle, offering advisory services to biopharmaceutical clients.
