Kleinfelder Group Inc., an engineering, design, construction management, construction materials inspection and testing and environmental professional services firm and backed by Wind Point Partners, has bought Doucet & Associates Inc.
Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, Doucet offers civil engineering, environmental permitting, surveying and construction management services to clients throughout Texas. The company is focused on delivering these services to public and private sector clients in the land development, commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, municipal, transportation and water resources markets.
