William Blair, a boutique with expertise in investment banking, has hired Gage Alpert as a director of the private capital advisory investment banking practice.
Mr. Alpert will work with clients on secondary solutions and direct equity capital-raising.
Mr. Alpert most recently was at Lazard and was part of the firm’s private capital advisory group, where he focused on executing GP-led secondaries for leading sponsors.
