VanillaSoft connects teams with over 15 million new prospects each month. Used with existing CRM systems or standalone, the platform looks to help teams to generate and engage with leads across multiple channels at the right time. The investment aims to advance VanillaSoft’s AI-enabled prospect nurturing and intelligent routing features to increase the productivity and performance of sales and fundraising organizations through automated workflow support and new-prospect engagement.
