Trilantic North America, a New York-based private equity firm, has promoted Lindsay Ting and Lee Nussbaum to managing directors. The new directors both work in the consumer investments vertical and have played critical roles in the funding commitment for Sunrise Strategic Partners and investment in e-commerce platform, Orva.

Ting previously held positions at private equity firms, Castanea Partners and TA associates, and began her career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Ting currently is a director of Sunrise Strategic Partners 2.0.

Nussbaum joined Trilantic in 2012 and has since played an integral role in the firms investments. He currently serves as director of portfolio companies Gorilla Commerce, Orva and Sunrise Strategic Partners.

“We are excited to recognize Lindsay and Lee’s commitment to our firm and promotion to Managing Directors,” said Charlie Ayres, chairman and managing partner of Trilantic North America. “Throughout their time at Trilantic North America, both have demonstrated strong leadership skills, whether it be through sourcing new, valuable deal opportunities within the consumer team or partnering with portfolio company management to create value for their customers and our investors alike. “
