Thompson Street Capital Partners portfolio company, PestCo, has acquired Pointe Pest Control. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Pointe Pest Control is a residential pest control service. This is the third acquisition for PestCo in the pest control industry.
Thompson Street focuses on founder-based investments in the life sciences & healthcare, software & technology, and business and consumer services sectors.
Paul Giannamore, managing director with the Potomac Company, advised Pointe Pest Control on the deal.
