Kipu Health, backed by TCV, has acquired Team Recovery Technologies, aiming to extend its platform capabilities across the full patient lifecycle.
The deal builds on an existing partnership established in 2025, which integrated alumni engagement tools into Kipu’s system. The acquisition aligns with Kipu’s strategy to deliver a unified operating system for behavioral health providers, supporting improved patient outcomes and long-term engagement.
Team Recovery Technologies provides digital alumni engagement and patient connectivity services to more than 150 treatment centers across the United States. Its platform enables behavioral health providers to build and sustain alumni communities, improve patient retention, reduce relapse rates and support value-based care initiatives. The company’s tools are designed to extend care beyond discharge.
