Synoptek, a business and technology consulting firm, has acquired customer experience agency Macquarium.
Macquarium’s IT expertise will expand Synoptek’s customer base. The Macquarium brand will continue under the Synoptek portfolio. The firm has provided business consulting and development services to firms such as Home Depot, UPS, Wells Fargo, and Norfolk Southern.
