Sycamore Partners, a private equity firm focused on retail, consumer and distribution-related investments, is acquiring Chico’s FAS Inc.
Chico’s FAS is a Florida-based fashion company founded in 1983. The company has three brands: Chico’s, White House Black Market and Soma, each operating in their own space and founded by and led by women.

Solomon Partners LP is acting as financial advisor to Chico’s FAS, and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP is acting as legal advisor. Kirkland & Ellis LLP is acting as legal advisor to Sycamore Partners.
