SVN | SFR Capital Management has formed a joint venture with Linesight Development to pursue opportunities to acquire land and construct, lease and manage a portfolio of new Build for Rent single-family rental housing communities.
The JV will allow Linesight to build a community pipeline and recycle development capital to acquire more land.
