Sullivan Brothers Family of Companies has acquired Cotton Holdings Inc. from private equity firm Sun Capital Partners Inc.
The deal brings together two operators in the disaster response and infrastructure services sectors, aiming to scale operations, expand geographic reach and enhance service offerings across recovery, logistics and construction services. Cotton Holdings, headquartered in Houston, Texas, operates a diversified group of subsidiaries under brands such as Cotton Global Disaster Solutions, Cotton Roofing, Cotton Logistics, Stellar Commercial Roofing, Full Circle Restoration, Advance Catastrophe Technologies and Target Solutions. It serves public and private sector clients worldwide with services including commercial restoration, construction, roofing, culinary support, and infrastructure consulting.
