Stanley Capital Partners, a healthcare and resource efficiency-focused private equity investor, has made a majority investment in SePRO Corp., together with Goldman Sachs Alternatives as a minority co-investor.
SePRO is a specialty environmental restoration company focused on water quality. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Carmel, Ind., SePRO develops sustainable services that protect, preserve and restore nature. SePRO serves a range of industries including reservoir owners, drinking water reservoirs, industrials and commercial water consumers, flood prevention, irrigation districts for food production, watershed management, leisure, tourism and specialty agriculture.
