Shore Capital Partners-backed EyeSouth Partners has acquired the Eye Center of St. Augustine. The deal marks EyeSouth’s sixth in Florida and twenty-fifth overall.
EyeSouth’s affiliate network consists of 25 practices with over 210 doctors providing medical and surgical eye care services at over 115 locations, including 14 surgery centers throughout Georgia, Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky and Alabama.
