SEI Group, an insulation installer service, has acquired Energy Conservation Insulation Co., a residential and commercial insulation services provider based in Bend, Oregon.
ECI offers a full line of fiberglass, spray foam, and cellulose products. Since its recapitalization with Quad-C Management in February 2021, SEI has acquired six businesses, adding $95 million in annual revenues.
