Science Applications International Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Halfaker and Associates LLC, a federal health technology service provider, for $250 million, to add to its digital transformation portfolio. Halfaker is headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, with an delivery center in Clearwater, Florida.
