Rotunda Capital Partners, a private equity firm, has acquired a majority stake in Siegel Egg Co., a wholesale distributor of bakery ingredients and other food products throughout New England and New York.

Siegel has operated as a critical partner to suppliers and customers in the baking industry for nearly 100 years. The firm operates from a 171,000 square food facility where it delivers products from exclusive supplier relationships to commercial, in-store, wholesale and foodservice bakeries.
