Roofstock, a digital platform for buying, selling, and managing single-family rental investments, has acquired RentPrep, a tenant screening firm used by over 100,000 landlords.
The deal follows Roofstock’s recent purchases of Great Jones and Stessa as the firm continues to focus on tech-enabled services to make investments in the SFR accessible and efficient.
