Rezolut, a high-growth medical imaging firm, has acquired all the assets of Westwood Open MRI, an outpatient medical imaging center in Los Angeles.
Westwood offers structural and functional MRI services and plans to expand the firms offerings to provide a more comprehensive imaging suite. The firm is the sixth acquisition in Southern California and its 25th location across the United States.
