PSG, a growth equity firm partnering with software and technology-enabled services companies, has made led a strategic growth investment in 4Me, a software-as-a-service-based informational technology service management (ITSM) and enterprise service management (ESM) software vendor.

4Me is a SaaS-based enterprise service management platform that combines ITSM, ESM and service integration and management (SIAM) capabilities. The investment will aim to help 4Me’s product innovation as well as geographic expansion in EMEA and try into the U.S. market. Additionally, the company has appointed Kevin McGibben as CEO and chairman and co-founders Cor Winkler Prins, Laurens Pit and Mathijs Sterk will remain involved in the business.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Kevin and the 4me team to further accelerate their product investment and rapid growth trajectory within the ITSM and Enterprise Service Management market,” states John Marquis, managing director at PSG.
