ProAmpac, a global flexible packaging company, has acquired Belle-Pak Packaging, a maker of flexible packaging products.
Belle-Pak Packaging offers a range of packaging products, including custom medical and clinical bags, and poly mailers for e-commerce services. The firm has developed partnerships with prominent e-commerce brands, like Canada Post and UPS. ProAmpac’s acquisition of Belle-Pak Packaging enables ProAmpac to meet the needs of a larger base of category-leading customers across North America.
