Pennzoil-Quaker State Company, a subsidiary of Shell USA Inc., has purchased TFH Reliability Group, the parent company of maintenance products and services provider Allied Reliability, from Capstreet.
Based in Houston, Texas, Allied Reliability is a holistic asset health and reliability services company. The company’s services include condition monitoring, diagnostics, lubrication systems and services, electrical services, consulting and training and aftermarket products and services.
