Exponential Power Inc., a provider in stored power services utilized by the energy services, utilities, industrial, telecom, data center, motive power, and material-handling markets and backed by High Road Capital Partners, has purchased DC Kilowatts.
DC Kilowatts is based in Indianapolis, Ind., offering industrial batteries and chargers for forklifts, switchgear, telecommunications and UPS systems. The company also designs and installs battery charging rooms. The firm was founded in 1980. The DC Kilowatts deal grows Exponential Power’s reach for service and stored power services to 18 locations across the U.S.
