Paysafe Group Holdings Limited, a specialized payments platform, and Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company, have completed their merger. The combined company operates as Paysafe Limited and Paysafe’s common shares and warrants will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbols “PSFE” and “PSFE.WS” respectively.

William P.
