Pavion, a provider of integrated services for fire, safety, security and communications and a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, has purchased Premier Security Solutions.
Established in 1998, Premier focuses on the commercial fire alarm, security and wireless transmission services. Their team of professionals service customers across the region with a concentration of Silicon Valley customers in the biotech, high-tech, commercial real estate, tourism and entertainment industry verticals. The deal expands the company’s U.S. western region fire alarm and security services delivery and support capabilities.
