Payroc, a global payments company and backed by Parthenon Capital, has bought Atlantic Merchant Services LLC, a merchant processing company based in Raleigh, N.C.
Atlantic Merchant is a provider of merchant processing services for businesses and organizations across the mid-Atlantic region and beyond, with partners covering North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Tennessee, Michigan and Texas. The company works with its financial institution referral partners to deliver payment technology services to merchants that aim to streamline business operations and drive customer experience and profitability.
