Orion, a provider of wealth tech services, is acquiring Redtail Technology, a relationship management software firm.
Redtail provides Client Relationship Management (CRM), compliant text messaging services, and e-mail archiving services in the finance industry.
Orion is a provider of the tech-enabled fiduciary process that transforms the advisor-client relationship by enabling financial advisors to prospect, plan, and invest within a single experience.
