Bill Gosling Outsourcing, a provider of customer experience and accounts receivable management services and backed by Owner Resource Group, has bought MattsenKumar, a third-party contact center quality services, business and knowledge process outsourcing, data analytics and innovation and strategy services company based in India.
The deal combines BGO’s customer experience services with MattsenKumar’s experience in third-party quality, data analytics and innovation. Together, the two organizations look to offer a suite of BPO services to clients across a range of industries. The acquisition will bring together over 5,500 employees across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
