One Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm has acquired IT services company, Trustmarque.
Trustmarque, currently owned by Capita plc, provides software and hardware re-sales to its clients, as well as providing managed services across the UK. The London-based company works with more than 900 partners, including Microsoft, Cisco, Dell and McAfee, to offer services to customers in the public sector, healthcare and enterprise.
OEP’s portfolio already includes investments into Computer Design & Integration LLC, Crayon, MCL Computer and Lutech, providing expertise to enhance services-led, go-to-market strategy and develop asset management capabilities. The UK IT market is expected to grow by 7 percent annually from 2020 to 2025.
