One Equity Partners has bought ACI’s Digital Business Banking, a leading API-driven service for the banking industry, from ACI Worldwide, a payments software provider.
The acquired company will operate under a new name – Dragonfly Technologies.
The transaction expands One Equity Partners’ exposure to financial technology and software.
