Ondas Holdings, a provider of autonomous aerial and ground robotic systems and private wireless networks, has agreed to acquire Robo-Team Holdings, a global supplier of tactical unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) for defense and security missions.

The acquisition aims to strengthen Ondas Autonomous Systems by integrating Roboteam’s field-tested UGV platforms with Ondas’ (Nasdaq: ONDS) aerial systems and counter-drone technologies. Roboteam, headquartered in Israel, designs and manufactures lightweight, multi-mission UGVs used for intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), explosives ordinance disposal (EOD), logistics support and perimeter security in hazardous environments. Its robotic systems are deployed by defense organizations, including the U.S. Marine Corps and the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Central to its offering is the AI-driven Roboteam HUB, which enables command-and-control integration of diverse robotic platforms in a unified operational environment. The company maintains sustainment operations across more than 30 countries.
